Andrea Monteiro

Andrea is a Massachusetts native and has been a lifelong seasonal resident of Martha’s Vineyard. After living and working in Asia for over 25 years, primarily in Singapore, China and Southeast Asia, she returned to Massachusetts.

Prior to joining MV Mediation, Andrea worked in admissions and recruitment in the International education sector, destination services for a global relocation company, and design and project management in commercial interiors and architecture.

In addition to office manager duties, Andrea is the Local Consumer Program (LCP) Coordinator and assists with the Elder & Intergenerational program. She is also training to be a qualified mediator. She co-facilitated ‘Weaving Generations’, a project bringing panelists from five different generations to explore and discuss generational differences and conflict in family life, social/civic life and work life.

These are just some of the many ways Andrea contributes to the organization, as she is regularly involved in other programs, projects and initiatives.
